I liked that that exterior black and white design & glassy garage door! But wait 🧐 either there is a mistake in your editing in this segment 0:57 of video or a typing error in your description. Because you have written $1.69M in your description, but shown $3.15M at this segment 0:57! What's the truth 🤷🏻♂️? Anyways back to the query, I wanna know what's the total lot size of the home? @@Emilyblatt_Again mistake I guess 😂🤷🏻♂️! I asked the lot size of this particular property only. Not the builder's projects! 25 acre lot is a huge land 😳 & this house has fencing around it's space 0:16 ! I'm asking about this only, what is it?
Glad you clarified the price tag . But $3.1M for this low mid sized house especially in Texas, I don't think it make sense 😄! Why is it so expensive? What's special in it🤷🏻♂️?@@Emilyblatt_
Either leave it empty or in the hands of a capable stager. There were very basic 101 cues which were missed; such as artwork to scale, detracting from the stunning bedroom outdoor view by awkwardly squeezing a TV above the door framing, utilizing heavier more traditional furniture in a modern aesthetic….too many to list, sorry.
Love the exterior but the interior, not so much. The foyer was lackluster and cold. The bedrooms layouts were not planned well. The family room had all the pizzazz of a high school gymnasium - just one big open space with a high ceiling with no textures to break up the space or add character. A reno is easily another $300k to $400k.

Beautiful design of the property... it’s a shame that you can’t appreciate its surroundings with the same inspiration... seeing the neighbor's house in the bathroom is not attractive and loses the essence.
@@Emilyblatt_ The roof line architecture over the stairs with the window. The architect did not waste building materials or energy on unnecessary lines. The relation between the flat and sloped roofs make this a smart and traditional but modern-looking home. No waste.
