Quisiera al retirarme vivir en esa ciudad...tengo 57, y pienso retirarme a los 62, solo y entiendo que el crédito es importante, el mío está en 500 más o menos por culpa de tarjetas....osea jaja me explico.... Mi auto se daño al punto que no pude ya pagarlas y están en colección... Pero si averigua donde vivo si he pagado bien... Hoy día vivo en Sección 8.... Mi hijo es impedido de nacimiento.... Perhaps….I currently live in Ave Maria, and the location of the Church is not of importance to me, buy I am a member of another Church…if that was my Church, I guess it might be. Just notice that You seem to mention that quite often in your video listings.

@movingalong Yes, the fees are higher because the condos have another association, the condo association. It includes the maintenance and insurance of the building, the water etc. So, besides your HOA fees, you have the taxes, the insurance for the interior of the condo, and the electric bill as your regular expenses. @@PascuaFloridaHomes I really like this neighborhood but the hoa is a no for me as these fees only go up over time. The starting point for the hoa is just too high. I will be sure to reach out when I’m ready to make a move. Thanks!
