@@draftprospects he didn’t make a play on any of these contested balls. You throw these up to the class ten years ago like this, Davante Adams, Beckham, Mike Evans 10 years ago no way they’re not coming down with em all in saying. There’s a difference between explosive & dynamic. We’ll see.
What are you even talking about lmao. He caught damn near everything besides when the qb missed him completely twice when he was double covered. He’s not coming down with a ball through 3 feet away from him. He had multiple contested catches in this game. And torched them for 10 catches for 171 yards lmao. Yet apparently that’s not enough ? 🤣🤣
Nabers is like a free-style player against amateurs. He can switch the tempo of his route and also beat you with speed (4.35) 😳 His RAC ability is insane, as well as his acrobatic skills when adjusting mid-air to the ball!
Whether it’s Mack hollins, Collin Johnson or LilJordan Humphrey there’s not a great track record for these type of guys but he’s better than a sixth rounder. Nice pick eagles. He wins at the second level with his ability to fight off defenders with ease underrated footwork and knows how to use his arms to free himself
most of these reps are against Downs (a safety) and Moore (a nickel/safety). The routes against Arnold and Kool Aid don't look so hot. But good game plan from LSU to line him up in the slot so much to avoid those two
I did not see anything "special" in this vid. And this kid is supposed to "save" a NY Giants team with a shaky O-line and two reject QB"s? No offense to Malik, because I think he is a talented kid. But the Giants do not have the O-line or QB to make the most of his talents. Ask Saquon Barkley.......
Saquon plays a totally different position than Malik, Not to mention the offensive line has improved some, and even if they didn't, this kid runs a 4.35 and gets open in a hurry, if anything Malik is going to make Daniel Jones look better, because he gets to get it out of his hands a lot faster
He literally had 3 contested catches in this video. And you’re saying that like contested catches are a good thing. Give me a route runner over a jump ball wr any day.
Nabers is a slot receiver, and THATS FINE WITH ME. Malik Nabers is a hall of fame level talent, truly one of a kind. His ability to move in space makes him such a threat out of the slot, untouchable = unguardable He is playing boundary this game against pesky grabby holdy Florida State DBs. He definitely wasn’t prepared for the physicality but he fought through and went on to have a MONSTER season
Nabers is really not that good....Contested balls he couldn't catch any of them....Was wide open against very soft coverages, then he had that drop, they were able to take advantage of 1 on 1 coverage throwing slot fades against safeties like they did all year, you won't get that in the NFL...The TD was a blown coverage where the safety comes down and allows Nabers to Streak free but this guy is not Elite
