Ralph has lived on the North Shore and is familiar with the different communities. Since 1997, he has been active as a member of the St. Cristina Italian Association, which he has held the positions of Vice-President, Secretary and Public Relations.

In real estate, a great deal of his time is spent with first-time buyers:

In 2002, 2003 and 2005 Ralph was voted by the readers of the North Shore News as one of the most-favourite Realtors locally.
