On the Table is an intimate and irreverent talk series about the messiness of being human, hosted by slowly reforming perfectionist and incorrigible flirt Serena Smith.
Shot live over cocktails from an LA restaurant banquette, the series is inspired by Serena and director-husband Ian Smith's former boss Larry King - who early in his career shot a show live from a Miami diner booth - and sobremesa: the free-flowing conversations had around the table after a good meal with friends.
New episodes are streamed live the last Wednesday of every month at 3p pt/6p et. Next episode is September 25!

Zane is so adorable ❤. How unfortunate that these so called “family values” states like Texas will vote into office trash like Ted Cruz but they don’t promote love, or heaven forbid gay love 🙄. Texas is so backwards
Absolutely loved this episode. Cool idea for a podcast. Really enjoyable presence from the host. And obviously Qveen and Jedi are my favorite in the realm of creative inspiration!
That's absolutely bullshit... i jave lived in texas, my whole life Dallas... and have never been in the closet, and i have never been afraid for my life cause im gay... Dallas has a very large gay population Yall stop talkn shit
Love this compilation. I literally can’t sit or stand still if good music is on. I don’t understand people at concerts who just sit without moving a muscle. How do they do that?
And it’s still very sad that this environment we live in people young and old have had parents that just don’t have a clue how to just support their children whichever side of the fence you stand on….makes being you more difficult.
I grew up in Texas. Came out when I was 15. I was confident and didn't give a crap if anyone had a problem with it. With that being stated! 1) it IS dangerous to come out too soon. 2) I was stupid and probably shouldn't have. 3) I can't tell you how many times I thought my life was in danger. But...my father taught me today always be honest and not to compromise on importantly felt principles. This guy is cute!, cute!, cute!
@@ZachHeart01 Zach, you sound like a smart dude. I stayed in the closet for too long! I'm 28 now, and had been seeing a dude on the same high school football team we played for in the DFW metroplex. Talk about thinking your life was in danger! Lol.But then again, both Bryan and I could have kicked anyone's ass. We're still together and out now. It's never easy in Texas, but it's gotten better. Stay strong and true to yourself! 🤠⭐🏈
@edgardiner217 Congratulations on finding love buddy. I moved to N.C. 11 years ago. I've never had luck in the love department. But I sure enjoy living an open and honest life.
Texas is a big state and who your family is matters. They still have conversion camps. I was lucky enough to be CA. I had my aha moment at 15 and my first experience at 16.
