Girl mutton is goat and sheep meat, stop apologizing to them. Growing up in Jamaica that’s what we learnt and a simple google search will show that different parts of the world will refer to goat meat as mutton.

No I didn’t remove the seeds , remember the seeds carry the heat in the peppers so if you remove the seeds it’s not gona be that hot & isn’t that the reason for this delight ? 😉. Thank you so much for watching & commenting .God bless you 😊
A half cup of ketchup is alot. If you use a table spoon of tomato paste it will be splashing. Another thing you can use is actual tomatoes. It looks delicious though. I subscribed to your channel too.

Hey 👋🏾 Bro , yeah man of course there is onions in it 😆, I doubt I would cook it without it haha . But even when I seasoned it I used onion in the green seasoning / blended seasoning , which has onion , scallion , thyme , peppers and other things blended together and I use that to season the cow foot first . Then go to about 4 mins & a couple seconds in the video , I showed the rest of my ingredients and I had a purple onion in the little bowl & at 5minsi added the onion & 5 mins 4 seconds I explained that I had the red onion prepped already so that’s why I just use that instead of going to cut and use another white one ( u can use either onions 😊.. some prefer the red ones for salads , though I mainly use white . Dwayne u do realise it’s not 1 way to do certain things . Very well if you want to do it that way then go ahead 😉, but to say this way is wrong is quite a stretch ; many people have tried it & loved it . The breadfruit was “ roasted “ before it’s being fried . So that’s why it’s fried roasted breadfruit . By the way I’ve never , ever seen breadfruit that’s picked straight from the tree being fried . We have always roasted it first .. or there is even broiled breadfruit , but I’ve never seen it just being fried raw like that without being roasted first .
