Great video!! Such great advice. I’ve experienced much of this by trying to sell at bazaars. I’ve been living in Norway now 20 years. I’ve sold some but nothing like your art. May I ask where you buy your cord from? I’m trying to find more resources.
Thank you so much, highly appreciated 😁 I mainly buy from dogparacord . dk as they are local, which means less freight expenses and I have been able to call the owner and ask if they have xx meters of whatever color in stock and come and get it, and then secondary I buy from Paracord . Eu - however with my knowledge of Norway, that might not be the cheapest for you. I do know that dogparacord ships to Norway from time to time though 🤷
Love it.. I've been doing something similar, but with the black and those 3 strands being white, Yes, I like it.. I'm gonna have to make that one now.. Thank you for sharing..
Sure. 300,- DKK - 43,69USD although this model is semi-discontinued because it's not always easy to get the uniform buttons. I know the price seems steep to foreigners, but 50 of the 300 is freight, then comes the taxes and materials 🤷😂
it feels like the difference between fiber and diode is just power, but fiber has more thing frequency settings, but overall i like that is capable to do the same results with diode, thanks for sharing tips and tricks
I can't wait 'till I can one day afford to invest in a fiber so i can do truly deep engraves (and hit other metals than stainless steel) - but one thing I often get triggered by is the old "diode can only anneal/discolor" (I still see that on the forums/groups) - If i hit Stainless with 90+ % power, i can FEEL the engrave with my nail - but it is true that it doesn't really remove much. Thanks for letting me know the video was okay :D
Unfortunately my Regiment was in Fort Mcleland Alabama and that place doesn't exist anymore. I was a NBC Specialist, (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Specialist). Every time I say it, the enlist say "You are lying. There is not a 54E10 MOS". Our insignia was a green western dragon. "Elementis Regamus Pro Elium".
It's just a jet flame lighter - I believe that one is from Tokio or something like that. I switched since then to some I could find in a Hardware store. The connection method is called the Manny method
Not really sure what it's called, I think I bought it at a gas station, they usually survive the abuse between 3 and 6 months which is longer than regular jet lighters 😂
Thank you so much - and sorry for the late reply - unfortunately not at the moment, cross-pond shipping and tax walls are to blame for that - but I know there are some really good Paracord artisans over there too, who also specialise in military bracelets - if you want, I can try and dig up a name for you 🤷😊
Nah I stole the idea from - honestly, I can't remember, it's been so long. 🤷😅 The scissor is a micro serrated titanium kevlar scissor from Clauss - model 18475 running perfect cuts for over 2 years now and it can cut up to 6 strands in one cut if your grip is strong enough 🙂 found it on amazon
Thanks for sharing.. Myself, I always try to hide the singe points so they aren't seen on the finished bracelet.. The cleaner the bracelet looks speaks loudly about how good the maker is
I have been doing it like this for about 2 1/2 years 🙂 anyway just wanted to share it with the newcomers because I got sad watching the singeburns on the forums 🙂
This one is only available for people who have served at the Bornholms Værn regiment :) But if you have served at a certain unit/regiment, I will be more than happy to see if I can find some insignias and colors and make a custom design based on that :) The price of this one was 93,2€ including postage - I dont know how much Deutche Post charges but I can find that out when I go to Flensburg again in the near future :)
Ah i see. Well this one was 93,2 € I imagine something similar would be the case - please hit me up on the Facebook or instagram page, I reply much faster there :)
I made a simple jig. There are many videos online that show how to build one yourself. Many of these do not require you to use expensive tools. This is one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v0vcDrf2e3U.html&ab_channel=EDKG
