Engine maintenance interval is awful, parts are expensive and the efficiency is poor. This is why they are not commercially viable. When weight is paramount this solution works e.g. aircraft or military. Pity really.
I assume it's running at the required 3600 RPM needed for 60hz AC output? How much fuel does it use compared to a piston engine? And how well is the speed control (governor)?
Sorry, I lost my drawing file on my old computer. If it any particular question you want to know or ask please feel free to drop me an email I will try my best to help you out. Thank you.
Dang that thing screams. Turbine engines are so cool. About much kW or HP can it put out? And is the gearbox driect drive, or does it have a free power turbine?

Yeah guys let’s put this low to the ground with a high wind-speeds up 110 mph shooting back at us in risk of a rock that can go up to 50 meters a second hitting us stand right behind level 12 hurricane straight winds hold on lemme also just stand right beside the propeller that’s bigger than the motor getting about 408 knots of energy risking the chance of it breaking off to fly right towards me a slice me in half like cheese good idea guys let’s do it let’s also just put the gasoline right next to a flaming hot jet exhaust because why not 🤷🏻♂️. Next time please wear safety equipment so nothing can go wrong. Either way regardless I liked the video 👍
Congratulations. For the effort you are making, you are a really hardworking person. I have a question. Can I make a jet engine at home? What is the electric motor that connects to the jet engine? How many volts should I use? Thank you. I ask you to disregard the instructions for me
Yes, if you work hard enough you can build it at home, my first turbojet engine was built about 25 years ago and I made it from old car turbocharger parts and most of the component parts are made from stainless steel kitchenware. engine running good and I had some flight with it in my RC jet plane. It was quite a fun project for me to build a turbojet engine by myself though. I still have that engine maybe when I have the time I will make VDO and strip down the engine to show you how the engine component that I made from stainless steel kitchenware looks alike. If you are interested, keep in touch and follow up on my channel. Thank you
