I've done that crossing from West to East twice, plus down and across to Öland, I still have a tin hedghog and a yellow and multicolour glass mushroom from that trip :) PS, I ski'd on some of those lakes back in 1981/82 and 82/83 winters ... on one of the northern ones we saw wolf prints crossing our trail as we came back - this was about 5 years before they were supposed to be back that far south!

Rufus: "The grass is definitely greener here!" Have a nice time there, seems to be a really nice place. When I made a trip to Islay / Scotland I was blown away by tghe silence there. I even woke up in the middle of the first night because one lonely car was driving through the town.
Being able to sleep well for 8 hours a night really helps liver, weight and blood sugar levels too - but I know this is probably the hardest thing - and the guiltiest party for not sleeping right is trying to share the information so! Really hope you enjoy the time away from the city. <3 PS... are some of those lumps and bumps in the landscape around the houses family graves?
Bravo Rufus - I think he'll win an Oscar. The guy with the Beard did ok, too. I hope we get to see more of this comedy duo in many future movies :) 🐕🦺🧔♀

Hey Grumps, glad to see you up and about again - my schedule doesn't allow me to follow the stream much for a few months - we will be without any internet for a couple of weeks soon when we move but I'll try to keep up with the vlogs instead. Did anything come of your friend's trial episode of the documentary?

Big Hugs brother! just keep trying to find the positive things in life i know it is hard and there will come days that it will get even harder and can even be much much harder. but enjoy every moment that you can go for the walks spend time with family and friends and ofcourse try to ignore all the negative thoughts that come from the information around the cancer and the health. i also think seeing where you walk is a great new thing showing the beautiful places you are walking and seeing your big friend Rufus chasing tha birdies :). keep going with the positive no matter how dark it gets and know even though i also have been bad lately and not around a lot you can always send a message to me and we can together shout FUCK CANCER take care bro and big big hugs from me and Bella

This filming works Grumpy, it's a nice reminder of the Sweden I remember :). There are weeks that are up and weeks that are down, I know it feels like you have had more down than up and there is the fear of what may happen - but hopefully the walking helps with the mindset, I find it makes a huge difference, especially if I get out and explore places I've not been before. All our love to you and Frida, li'l' Grumps and Rufus.
@@timofthomas True it does go up and down mentally but physically it is getting worse and sadly it will probably keep getting worse I just hope I can help my body a lot with losing weight and eating healthier! Big hugs and thanks for giving me some good vibes and feedback❤️
