I think u placed way too much emphasis & power on his assist mechanic while almost disregarding the rest of his kit. He truly has a legendary kit and each ability does big things. Looks like a very good DD character w his health steal. I’m taking him to DD7. He is definitely a core character and clearly the best character on the team.
While I appreciate the feedback I disagree. I have him on my alt account and wouldn’t say this. Other creators have used the live version stand alone and he’s not really that great. The awakened abilities make a pretty big deal to his kit being better
Moments DOES have its own folder now within the datamines but it's largely empty. And it's my understanding that this was pushed back so don't expect it with Battleworld.
@@Boilon ah, I assumed since you mentioned being able to clear your dailies, there was maybe a trick or some sort. I've been trying to be more mindful of my core spending. i thought I might be doing it wrong
Eh Battleworld was one of the reasons I didn't retire around the CapBrit stuff, so yeah, hard to say if the delay would cause me to stick around or have me reconsider retirement. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it is getting this type of feedback -- PvE just isn't all that engaging and lacks depth/strategy, so not sure what I was expecting.
I mean with scaling difficulties they were kind of on the right track. As far as challenges go I feel like they need to future proof it like they did with Scourges which was making it nigh impossible at the highest difficulty but still gives a higher bar to eventually achieve?
I'm willing to G19 Forge and Sunspot. Along with Guardian but Sunfire needs a lot of mutant gear if i G19 Forge/Sunspot. Cyclops is a pass he was dropped and staying G18/100 forever for now. Sunfire is also like that where he got dropped but he's still being used in raids and war defense atm. in raids i dropped Wolverine for OML for bosses when using Alpha flight but prefer to keep him on the war defense team as he tends to bait out M4Ms still.
Depending on how the math lines up you might only need 1 or 2 per team. Because, it doesn't call out a specific character so any time you use them in raids it will tally points for them. Depends how many times they need to be used.
I think its pushed back but don't really care. Have spent 13k on this game and their recent changes made me ftp. Gotta say it's a lot more fun when you don't care.
I mean, I think a lot of people DO care. But, I guess given we don't even have it at all some might not notice. We'll be almost 3-years without any new game modes.
I just hope that its rewarding enough bw should give a good bit of training mats and red gear stuff that mid game players desperately need with this quick fire of releasing characters maybe if they add more ways to earn power cores it wouldn't be so bad
i feel like they are stuggleing to do battle world because they cant keep content relivent with all the new character stats (like OML trail where its super overly hard at the higher difficulty, but other content was mostly easy). its either too easy from it, or they have to set the bar too far and suddenly its nearly impossible to beat without rng or needing g21 and level 120. plus depending on the teams some have little healing so they die to easy while others have a ton of healing and are tougher to kill. i want it to be good when it comes out, but man they are not that great at coping SWGOH so far. only thing they did better was War and animations so far.
I've got a follow up regarding spending of candy. What would you recommend spending candy on if you aren't high enough for Crimson Gear to show up in the store?
Red gear doesn't show up in your event store due to levels? That's wild lol. Well, awakened ability material probably? Blade ult, Ares special and OML special for me personally. Maybe Hank/Shuri shards? I would avoid any teal or below gear its easy from the raid store.
man, I wish I could hord a bit but all my resources go to trying to lv up but I can't because I think thr algorithms look at what you need and don't put it in stores and has soon as you run out of credits then it they pop up then as soon as you can get them they disappear again frustrating
Maybe getting one shard in an orb, and probably not? Yeah, nobody likes that shit. I cored for all the characters partially up to girlie - damn near broke myself, as a f2p... ALL 100 pts??? WTF is wrong with Fuckly?
I actually prefer them to delay battle world to make it a good game mode rather than an incomplete mess. Its what im hating in most video game releases which are now crying low preorder sales. We get burned to much. Finish the mode then release. But im 4 years in on msf. So im not going anywhere
I see it both ways. I think there is an impetus for them to push it out as it relates to money lost from things like the next legendary team and other implications. It’s a tough position I think for them
@Boilon Oh for sure, I 100% understand that. But to me that's pretty much what happened to cyberpunk. It was delayed, money said it's releasing no matter what, game launched buggy and honestly in a really bad state. Now it's a great game. But they almost went under from releasing it.
@@Boilon I would call this the Ubisoft conundrum, they have fumbled this mode as bad as RTA, but if they do publish the mode and it's bad people are going to be upset, and if they don't publish it people it's gonna be upset because they lied again. So it's lose lose situation either way.
I mean you need illuminati and annihilators. As far as the rest don’t expect that any time soon and we don’t know what’s happening to the event if battleworld gets delayed
I'll do my best for Battle world but I'm not gonna push as hard as I do in raids or DD in this game, if it's like war or cc, i really don't like those game modes.. Idc if they push that to 1Q 2025, as far as that helps me to reach the requirements... I'm hoping to get the iso 8 tier 3 materials from there, I'm stuck in dd8 now.

I’m hoping it just comes out and they improve it over time, that’s always possible, no mode ever comes out perfect I mean right? CC wasn’t just shipped perfectly for example, so yea I hope we just get it so we have “new” content to do this year and I hope it works without it too many bugs/glitches of course but yea umm I’d vote for us to get it and them to work on improving it in the background for the time being and maybe releasing battleworld 2.0 sometime early to mid next year and taking all the feedback we give them in the meantime to make that as good as possible and worth while for us
I think that’s what’s at play right now. Do they release it in a state they know isn’t finished ( and let others test it and give feedback), or they push it back to cook more and get that feedback behind the scenes while screwing up their release timeline more.
IF the Battleworld gets delayed, then the Shadowking team will still release in November, but they will likely change the team from being a War Defense to simply a War team.
@@Boilon , not necessarily, when the devs were about to release New Avengers as a War Defense team, and players pushed back, they did just what I said and made them simply a War team with no additional kit changes. But I can see it going both ways, so maybe they will tweak the kits, but a delay would be too extreme
I have zero problems with battleworld not being a thing. I just want to be able to sim the raids and chillax. This idea that it's a make or break situation when we haven't had it for eight years, is at best dishonest.
The community is broadly saying it’s make or break, not just me. There hasn’t been any new game modes in almost 3 years so people are understandably bored with what we have given the climate of the game
@ImFancyYo603 I'm not sure when CC came out but I view it as kind of a mini war mode. Even war has rooms with different effects, some of which apply only to specific toons. CC is more fun than war but there are a lot of similarities. So it was never a big excitement for me. No offense to anyone.
I would rather it be a little easier...most of us have jobs and don't want something so challenging that it takes hours and hours playing levels ten times to complete. Sure if you're an envoy and your job is to play MSF you would want something to take up your day but as long as it's fun and not frustrating I don't mind waiting.
I mean there was 3 difficulties datamined. There’s a difference between some challenge and like having to smash your head against something every day I believe ? So I can’t tell you to what degree this was exactly they spoke about since I didn’t play it myself. I do know that “challenge” or lack of is something brought up in a regular basis in the envoy program

I'd rather it be pushed back and come out as a put together, fun, and challenging game mode rather than it be rushed and coming out like a steaming pile of dog shit
Tbh I would think that they’d want to leverage the player base to “test” it and provide feedback so wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being the case too

I wouldn’t core omega sentinel for sure. Nightstalkers honestly depends if you have Mephisto or Odin or will do soon. Raid wise Oath is the most important
Do we think that Oath will be updated to have the MSF Original tag? Or is it because the base Karen Page is from Daredevil, so it's just her "Vampire" skin that's original? Trying to decide if they're going to treat her like Kestrel and Vahl and just always be updating
