As a nationals fan and former shea stadium era mets fan, Lindor is trying to win everything , that's tough to see him unbothered about that moment. He has a calm about him that makes me think hes only trying to celebrate when he wins the world series but something about Diaz getting into the jam late that I dont trust.
Adjust Brian's mic location I like his stance but sometimes his first few words are lower in volume and hard to make out. Good pod tho I've seen most of these , can you bring wordle back towards the end sometimes bc it shows you alls overall knowledge of the league. Keep up w the grind fellas I enjoy it. If we are going to turn 0 n 2 around we have to be efficient in all 3 areas and stack whatever works. Burns more than thibs has to get home more than this for almost 30million aav.
@@whatsthehype444 love the feedback, thank you man! Will pass it over to brian and definitely will bring wordle back! Means a lot hearing from you, thank you so much for your support🙏
Bro Salman Craig is not a transfer he came from Jackson state with coach prime.. and secondly those bad calls were the referees trying to keep the game competitive.. Let’s just keep it real- Coach Prime been selling fried ice cream 🍨
So he transferred from Jackson State state, I acknowledged that. Bad calls or not young teams teams are undisciplined, But I agree with you. Coach Prime is a hell of salesmen nonetheless!
The only way for the Cowboys to break out of this strange limbo is by making a tough decision: trading either CeeDee Lamb or Micah Parsons. If we want to avoid slipping into irrelevance, one of these two stars has to go. The reality is, you can't build a competitive roster while paying top dollar for three players.
Sorry for the late reply. But, you made a great point!! Dak needs to get paid too, because their quarterback situation is shaky if he's not with them in 2025.
You can tell this coach knows NOTHING about Caleb lol. This is all speculation. Caleb has only shown that he wants to absorb what the OC is saying and that he just truly cares about football. He only cares about winning football, if you have actually listened to him or watched any media about him, you'd know that he decided many years ago that he was going to be in the NFL and that THIS was his path. There is no flaming out, this is what he wants to do.
WE ARE TALKING PLAYOFFS AND AT LEAST ONE WIN IN THE PLAYOFFS AS THE LOW MARK FOR ND FANS FOR THIS TEAM. WE ARE NOT SAYING FREEMAN WILL BE FIRED IF THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.
Love your youthful enthusiasm. I've been a fan since 1977. Watch a video of Lawrence Taylor before you use the word "Feared" when discussing a NYG linebacker. This team will not be feared by anyone.
Wake up u delusional fans DJ is LOZY TRIPS ON HIS OWN 2 FEET TWICE CAN'T READ PLAYS FAST ENOUGH 1 FLUKE SEASON OL can't Block every yr POOR Decisions BAD OWNERSHIP they Will Lose Again!
I think someone you didn't mention could be a big factor. Darius Beavers was coming off a torn acl last year, he could be huge if healthy. He was looking good before getting hurt.
My goodness, you're right!!! Great that you pointed that out, I hope he shines if he does take the field! The linebacker room is pretty full, especially after adding Darius Muasau!
You mean with the worst receivers in the league? He also led the league adjusted for drops at 81 pct and was second in the red zone. With the worst receivers in the league. Now he has real professional receivers so dumb guys like you are gonna be disappointed when he does better than the two tds per game he did ass a rookie.
@@ParkourRhett Danny duds is a dummy. He should do at minimum what he did as a rookie and that's two TDs a game. This will be his first yesr with a legit receiver corps.Stupid people like Duds aren't smart enough to know that.
It's fair to say both were an issue. He's been dealing with injuries for most of his career (2022 being the only healthy year besides his rookie season), and his play needs to improve! :) great point man
@@RekemIsrael-vx4pw and you are 100% right! The offensive line was so so bad last season + WRs did not separate well enough. It's just a combination of things that are reasons why he has struggled:)
@@RekemIsrael-vx4pw that excuse is old and tired. Eli won the SB in 2011 with the worst ranked Oline. Problem with Daniel Jones is he cant read defenses or process fast enough to be effective. He needs everything to be perfect
I agree! Also, he does need to be better at his reads and progressions, but other than that, the supporting cast this year should help him be at or even better than his 2022 self!
If Daniel Jones played for the mn vikongs he would be in the pro bowl every year. The league is rigged to try and trash white qbs bc it pisses the globalist off their so good. Anthony Richardson averaged less than 150 yards a game last year. If dj had the weapons hurts had he would def be better.
I have to agree with you:) it's why I (and hope you are too) are excited to see what he can do with the best OL he's ever had + a legit WR1 in Malik Nabers!
*sigh* I gotta tell you Kevin, they really didn't have to do this. Their legacy uniforms they already had were fine to be worn for this season. The pants, especially, make this worse.
Oh 100% I would like that too:/ Well, actually... I may have to disagree with this year's class in terms of who was available when we were on the clock but if I could ask, who would you prefer in terms of the choices that were available?
@@thirdandtenpodcast I’m a big fan of nix but I think him along with any of the other qbs besides Caleb were extremely overvalued. I think they made the right move taking nabers and waiting until next offseason to see who’s available
@@netconner Sorry for my late response! Thank you for responding. I love it, the last thing you want to do is reach for a QB that is valued lower (Nix + McCarthy did have second-round grades written all over them) than the public thinks they are. Getting a WR1 was the safest thing the Giants could do. Great point!
Definitely see what you're saying Richard. I think if I could politely disagree with the OL pick. With the free agent of acquisitions such as Aaron Stinnie, Jon Runyan, and Jermaine Eluemunor, I understand why they didn't go OL in the draft. QB, yes i see your point but then again Drew Lock will put pressure on DJ to perform. If I may add that this is Jones's last chance to impress or else he won't be the starter or on the team in 2025 (which will what we both want if things go sour)
I don't want to repeat what you already know, but I'm going to:). A WR1 in Nabers. The best safety in the draft in Nubin. A solid nickel corner in Phillips. A new, big TE1 in Johnson. A swiss army knife (potential RB1) in Tracy. and finally, a tackling machine in Muasau? overall, a solid draft, an A-!. Proud Giants fans, we both are!
But will he stay in the pocket without protection.. Jones deserves a chance with an offensive line/ or blocking scheme that will give him adequate protection
Our pass rush with Kayvon Thibodeaux Dexter Lawrence Brian Burns Azeez Oliguri Isaiah Simmons Could remind us of our great ones Michael Strahan Jason Pierre Paul Osi Umenyiora Justin Tuck Those guys were fantastic we hope for these guys to be similar
Yes, the linebackers will be key to the defense working or not. Especially in wide 9. The edges need to win one on ones and the interior guys along with the box safety need to fill gaps and most importantly not miss tackles.
I love it man! Burns and Thibodaux, along with Ojulari on specific pass-rush situations at times, will need to win their matchups consistently. With Thibodeaux's pass rush grade (62.9 according to PFF) being worse compared to 2022 (67.9), it's critical that he improves on that and should do so with Burns on the opposite side (who, himself had a 75.2 grade, one of the best in the league). Interior guys like Lawrence will do their thing (Jordon Riley more playing time? But then again, Jordan Phillips was signed for a reason). Add in the idea that Tyler Nubin had success playing in the box and is a solid tackler himself with good run defense, and this defense is a bright spot. Sorry for my paragraph, but love how you mentioned the wide 9 concept!
I'm excited to see this new defense under Bowen. When you look at the guys we were throwing out at linebacker under Judge, this unit is 1000x more talented. Bowens defenses are usually tough to run on. Thibs needs to improve in that area, and it's nice going into the season not counting on Ojulari to stay healthy all year.
lol can’t wait to watch the eagles blow the delusional giants fans out. Like every year. Brian burns struggled getting 10 sacks in a weak division. Now your in the East where every o line is decent besides the giants. He’s going to struggle even more. Giants fans have become more delusional than cowboys fans at this point.
His past two drafts + navigating the cap issues that Dave Gettleman left him with have left not just you but myself concluding that he has indeed done a great job. Especially this offseason, with trading for Burns but also revamping the offensive line while not reaching for a QB at 6, have all shown us that Schoen is the right man to turn this franchise around. Great point!
