Sir , my prelims prep is going fine. But while studying , I am focusing out thinking about mains. Since I haven't prepared properly for mains there is constant self-doubt. I start checking the sources and strategy for mains in between despite knowing this is absolutely stupid and might backfire. How to overcome this mindset ?
its normal to have this - concentrate more on answering pyqs for prelims , engage yourself with mocks .. and the most important thing is when u start thing ,stop it by saying it to yourself -

Good Morning SIR, I'm Kishore DG I'm preparing for UPSC exam and I finished my courses with private institution. i read HINDU newspaper daily to knowing current events and to enhance my English knowledge but that newspaper give new words daily sometimes i can't understand those hypothetical words so what should i do sir.
Those words . Will improve ur English language, However for upsc- answer writing language should be developed. That can be attained while going through your static materials .
