Hi, I made the sauce with 1/2 cup of orange juice, 3 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoon of rice vinegaer, 3 tablespoons of soysauce, 1/4 cup of beef broth, and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Thickened with cornstarch and water.
When are you going to start showing the preparation and cooking? The dishes you make look so good and you always say they're cheap but frankly videos of the finished product aren't all that helpful. I want to stick around and support your videos but we really need the prep and cooking more so than the finished product. I think this could be a good channel, but it's not there yet when it's missing the most fundamental parts.
I have tried a few videos with the gopro around aren't quite right. My kitchen is about a 1/4 functional due to an electrical issue we are having. Thank you for your feedback.
I put in 1 cups lentils, 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups of mushrooms, 1 large onion, 1 large carrot, celery, nutritional yeast, and flax egg. I processed it in the food processor. I covered it with tomato sauce. Baked for 45 mintues at 350. This was so good without bread crumbs. I typically use bread crumbs.
