Wish we had that level of automation, we would have our workers with some side cutters as they come down a 30 ft belt , also that would be a super easy process to write .. for those programming the robot would be harder then writing the process for those
Yes I know , but you still have to write the process for the injection mold machine and then a separate program for the robot once you write them you can save them and pull them up on mold change , I have been doing this for 20 years
you guys must be putting out what 25 boxes an hour? genpak puts out 100+ boxes an hour all while being safe and maintaining very high quality sterile standards and quality on the product being made. I see you below telling the guy how much to invest. They should look other places that can put out the production numbers, one plant in the company I work for puts out 15,000 boxes of different product a day, that's in 24 hours run time and audited and accounted for by 3rd party auditors. I'm only commenting because I want people to get good quality containers at good prices, there are many options, but people need to not get them if they are slow and quality is bad and this is one.
could this machine use wool thread instead of plastic, to knit nets for produce ?. This would be more eco- friendly and many supermarkets would like to reduce the amount of plastic they use for packaging and would therefore be interested in this . Wool is currently also very cheap to buy.
