I have this Laptop and it is absolute garbage. Everything about it is bad, the speaks suck, it overheats and throttles, the fan noise is the loudest I have ever heard. DO NOT buy this

The speed for DDR5 maxes out at 4800mhz (6400 only for LPDDR5, probably strictly in integrated modules). The size limit is less clear. Asus only lists maximum quantities they ship with, so up to 32Gb, but plenty of users have reported 64GB working fine. I haven't seen anything to confirm or rule out 128GB configurations. I've enjoyed this machine overall (I have the 7735HS + 7700S), but it does have its quirks. The touchpad despite being fairly large has some mediocre multitouch behavior and not the best buttons, and the computer does some kind of GPU mode switch when plugging in that can make games cranky, even if the dedicated GPU is disabled. It also gets like 10-12 hours of battery life for basic use and 2-4 gaming if you bottom out the TDP so it's definitely a good machine!
