Wow that situation during your interview sounded like a nightmare, but that happened to me too a couple of times during online classes (thank god I'm back to all normal classes) - but you will see, you will for sure do great next time!:) I also love matcha and salted caramel coffee - what would students do without it haha... your meals also look delicious - it's great that you cook for yourself regularly! Awesome video! When you say that you usually don't cook breakfast bc you have 4-7 exams... is it because you don't have enough time, because you have to study, or is it because you have to leave early to college to do the exams?

I think the better way to rewire and shift the mindset is to embrace the fear as that fuels you to grind. Also, try to view the situation as a fear-free undertaking, and itch in your mind that it is a responsibility to do it. Honestly, I admire the way you turn fear into initiating action and taking the challenge. Aja
