Did you ever get your refund? Its been over 1 year and i haven't recieved mines. There has been poor communication with vat and they recently have requested all my banking and personal information via email.
This seems like a nice starter home for a small young family, single or senior person. I loved the homes passed during the drive. Thank you for sharing the experience😊
Sandton is part of Johannesburg, just the same as Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and the Bronx are part of New York City. Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Boksburg and Soweto forms part of the city of Johannesburg. This thing of having less informed people is a disgrace because they miss-lead people.

@@tanyapaine36 and how will "they" gain access to the estate to scout, break in, steal, pack the stolen loot, drive out and leave the estate quietly, come back again go through the same sequence at a nother house...? Most importantly use this video to be informed when the owner/s will or not be at the property... This statement is absolutely ridiculous, infact bordering along the lines of stupidity. Just like a man who shot his girlfriend behind a toilet door because he thought that a black man found a way to enter a secure estate that has armed guards, a high-end close circuit monitoring system and electric fencing, walked to his house, jumped a wall, walked along his two chilling boerbull dogs, climbed a wall like Spider-Man to the 1st floor bathroom window, entered the bathroom, felt threatened and locked himself in the toilet...🙄
@@tshepomogotsi Wow clearly you know everything about the movements of criminals in this country, in fact, you must know way more than anyone to call someone’s opinion stupid. One pays to stay in a security estate for the very reason it offers the security from prying eyes, and a certain amount of privacy. I can tell you now that not only did I see my home, I saw homes of various friends. Are you aware that sometimes criminal gangs rent houses in these areas, for exactly that, to scout. Nowhere did I mention anything about “a black man entering a home”? For all we know, the criminal could be white? Which in that case, the criminal was white, and hiding behind his celebrity and disability. Courier and delivery guys have been hijacked AT THE gate of some security complexes. Families have been held up in their houses, in a security estate. Its rather naïve to think that a security complex is 100% secure, you don’t know who is living there, and you don’t know who is under the guise of someone else to gain entry. They could be coming in as an estate agent or someone who wants to view a house for sale. Please don’t try and mix my words, or put words in my mouth. I have the right to ask the question, as this is a public forum.
@@tanyapaine36 Just as I have a right call a comment, almost stupid. This is NOT the only video about a drive through in this estate, nor will it be the last. Permission is granted frequently to video and content creators, to promote the estate. For the last three years, the have been a plethora of uploaded videos from this estate (and others), by creatives and estate agents. Please furnish us with evidence that 'those' videos contributed to unlawful house entries eminating from online publishing of the homes of this estate....
