National Palace of Tbilisi City Hall is a cultural and educational center. Palace is located at Rustaveli avenue. Architectural complex with a history of 200 years is a cultural heritage site. Various cultural events, concerts, festivals, conferences and meetings are traditionally held in the historic halls of the Palace. Since 2018, the Museum of the National Palace is open to visitors. Gia Kancehli Tbilisi Youth Orchestra was established in 2019.
Up to 5000 students aged 6 to 26 are annually enrolled into the National Palace.

თბილისის მერიის ეროვნული სასახლე კულტურული და არაფორმალური განათლების ცენტრია. ის მდებარეობს თბილისში, რუსთაველის გამზირზე, კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის სტატუსის მქონე არქიტექტურულ კომპლექსში. აქ ტრადიციულად იმართება კონცერტები, ფესტივალები, კონფერენციები და შეხვედრები. 2018 წელს გაიხსნა მუზეუმი. 2019 წელს სასახლეში შეიქმნა გია ყანჩელის სახელობის თბილისის ახალგაზრდული ორკესტრი.
