Yesterday I bought a hand blender from this Alfatah Branch, When I came back home, when I opened the box, I found the blender is damaged. Today I went there, the staff was not cooperative and deny to replace it. Even I told to salesperson yesterday kindly open it and check it, but he said don't worry. It will be OK. It was a very bad experience in their new store. I am the oldest buyer of the Alftah store, but it was a really bad experience. But after some verbal fighting, they agree to replace it. So never trust these people.
