It seems like gh writers are throwing out ideas when it comes to Trina and seeing what sticks. Trina as it stands now is on gh for such a little amount of time. I think gh writers are just waiting out what’s left on her contract so they can right her off the show next year.
I feel that Spencer's dove will turn up soon . I hope they bring Spencer back soon and i liked that they haven't had Trina move on yet , because in real life grieving does take time. I want Spencer and Trina back together forever plus I'm not feeling her and Gio at all. They're showing him Joss alot so just pair them together. Joss and Dex are still boring as before it would be a mistake to put them back together.
I'm still not entirely sure what they're doing with Gio, Trina and Joss. This is the most boring young adult storyline I've ever seen implemented on a soap opera during the summer. They mention art, Trina grieving, Sonny, Gio's music, Joss hating Sonny etc. But where is the plot? They need to recast Spencer. I don't understand why they have not. Do they think, now that NAC thinks he's too good for soaps, that he's coming back? He didn't originate the role, so get another handsome well acting guy to replace him. I'd probably feel Gio a lot more if they would let him and Trina have meaningful scenes alone, but nope.
@@adihsarstilinskih8237 I totally agree with you I like gio but I don’t understand why gh went through the trouble of casting him on gh if he really is not going to be with Trina so what’s the point. I also agree he is always with josslyn so maybe they should just go ahead and pair him with her instead. About nac you are right he was a always a actor that was largely overhyped with little experience in the acting world and now believes he is too good for soaps. However I was curious what he had been up to the other day so I went on his ig and he is not loaded with work as many of his fans say. Instead he is a shadow of himself singing karaoke dressing like a bumb with his girlfriend. I have to say I was shocked this is a far cry from the talent he once showed when he was on gh.
@@adihsarstilinskih8237 I know he is a new character, but I like Gio and I'm here for his story! I will watch his story whether they put him with Trina or not. I may be in the minority here but I don't just watch GH for Trina. I also watch for Portia, Jordan, TJ, Maxie, Spinelli, Curtis, Stella, Marshall, Nina, Tracy, and now Gio. Gio wasn't brought on just for Trina. He is allowed to have his own story and that's what they are doing. This is not against you, but so many people automatically got upset because they didn't want him around Trina...and now some of those same people are upset because all of his scenes aren't with Trina? Can't have it both ways. I Like that he gets to have his own story and she can have her own story and then later...they can build on what they share in common. If this was a"love at first sight" story people would be mad and say they were copying the Spencer story. I think they are handling this the right way. I think they will have scenes again soon. I think they are giving Gio and Trina their own unique story and I'm here for that. I liked NAC as Spencer - but (in my opinion) they don't need to rush to recast. Spencer would have no story if he came back too soon. I"m more interested in GOOD STORYTELLING! I actually think having a permanent Nik is more important and they haven't even done that. Adam comes in and out and that's not helpful to storylines. They need to build up the Cassadines again before Spencer could come back. I think the show is more interested in focusing on other families right now....especially the Quartermaines...and Gio looks like he may either be a Quartermaine via Drew or a Falconeri via Dante. Either way...that would be a BIG story for Gio.
The writers are using Trina as an excuse to get Heather off??? Like they used her to get Esme off. Compassion is not stupidity, Trina fans are not stupid. Rory was killed by Heather, and that was never acknowledged. Trina is the girl with 2 dead boyfriends at 20. Yet for ""many GH followers, " her humanity, feelings, and grief are "too much. " Laura was very cold to her in this scene and during the funeral and after Spencer's death. Kind Grandmothers would have grieved with her. Also, why is TJ the villain in the story? He has valid concerns about his child. Bad writing, one dimensional characters and no regard for the characters' past history or relationships. Just sloppiness all around. Instead of correcting this and finishing storylines, they add more people usual from the GH past. No wonder they have the lowest ratings. It's a shame a talented actress that helped increase their ratings is being used this way. SPRINA was a gift. Robin and Stone or Jason, Frisco and Felicia- other young couples were promoted. SPRINA was promoted as a draw for the 60th year. I'd like to see a positive closure of this storyline. ( That may be hoping for too much.)
This was the dumbest thing ever. Sure, in the real world you should go to the cops. But when in Port Charles do the characters choose to go to the cops instead of doing their own investigation? This show has spent decades telling us that the police are stupid and the mobsters are the real heroes. Why all of a sudden is everyone making such a big deal that Esme hasn't gone to the cops and went to a mobster for help instead? Oh, that's right. Because she's up against some fan favourites and she didn't go to the cool mobsters who run the town, she went to an enemy of the cool mobsters instead.
The real Nikolas aka Tyler Christopher's version would never abandon his sons. But that Nikolas is long gone. The current Nikolas terrorized his son, slept with his son's young girlfriend, and abandoned his sons, then felt entitled to kidnap one of them from his mother who raised him from birth and proved herself to be a good mother to him. But somehow it was the mother's fault and Nikolas was justified to do so. Give me a break.
Hi LMNN Thank you for the tecsp. I think this should've hbeen a Robinson/Ashford gathering Trina could off shared her POV on what Laura was teying to do with the reopening of Heather case and they could of heard POV on the subject.
Thank you sooo much for the recap. I would like to start off by saying I love the friendship between Joss and Trina. But, I had problems with this episode. In my opinion because they are best friends and Trina tells Joss everything it is nooooo way Trina wouldn't have told Joss about those Doves. Trina would have saw the gifting of the dove as a progression of she and Spencers relationship and would have shown Joss the Dove and told her in detail about its significance Trina valued that Dove she told Curtis that the Dove was the only thing she had left of Spencer. She wouldn't have just left it just laying around.. Why the pool location why not their new apartment they have together? Lastly, Why is Trina only having scenes with Joss about her grief. Trina has a family. But hasn't had scenes with her mother in 6 months, Curtis before the scenes in the house was 3 months, Hat Daddy in 6 Months and the most egregious is Taggerts going on 1 year. It seems that the writers are dismantling the whole Ashford/Robinson Family In my opinion it is deliberate and intentionally being done and it is disgusting. Just my thoughts

Thank you LMNN for the review: First of all Porchia should have been in the scene with she and Curtis. They both could of heard Trina's POV on the subject of Heather and she could of heard her parents on the subject. But, no who did Trina give her POV to, Laura Porchia and Trina have now official not had on screen scenes together for 6 months. WTH is going on? Before the scenes with Curtis, it has been 3 months since they had scenes together. Marshall also for 6 months, Aunt Stella for 3 months and now 1 year since Taggerts and Trina have had scenes together. It's like the are dismantling the Ashford/Robinson family right before our eyes. In my opinion the writers if they continue with this storyline, is going to upset Trina because Laura set there and told her that she was going to honor Heather's wishes and not reopen the case. But she turns around and does it anyway and more than likely uses her conversation with Trina to do so. Just my thoughts
I haven't seen support for any black characters on the show outside Trina (which I think is a shame). So, I'm not expecting too many scenes with Trina and the other black cast members any time soon. Many GH viewers (including some black people) have been really nasty toward the other black characters and only openly support Trina.

I think that people are speaking out about Tabbie soooo much because of the articles that are coming out about the treatment she is receiving online. I use to read the filthy, disgusting and disparaging things that were being said about her but I stopped. She has final put out an article about what she has and is going through,.it that will break your heart. About other Black actors beingvspoken about disparagingly, I don't see that. If anything people are speaking out asking where are they? Just my thought
@@sabrinahughes9699 I have been on social media platforms and they have not been supportive of Tanisha who plays Jordan, Brook who plays Portia, Donnell who plays Curtis, or Tahj who plays TJ. I'm talking about black people who haven't been supportive of the other black cast members. They don't support the black cast other than Tabyana. It's been like that since I started watching the show last year. It saddens me. Some have even asked for Brook to be fired! Some black women have asked for Brook to be fired because they say she is unnecessary to the show. I've been bullied into not addressing this, but I don't let anyone bully me into not talking about something that I think is wrong and unfair.

General Hospital writers you guys are fumbling the ball with the storyline you need to finish what y'all started get the storyline finished I like what you did with this this this this episode but all good things must get finished real soon bring Spencer back and appreciate this girl's talents better than what y'all doing😮😮😮
Hi Nollan: The writers in my opinion know exactly what they are doing. But if they don't get their ratings up I think they are going to get a visit from the Disney Reps. Tabbie is going to be ok she is in a new movie call Empire Waste it open in select Movie theaters on September 27th. I hope it comes to the ATL. I also hope that the movie leads to more opportunities for her. Her contact with GH is up in January.

Really nice work from Tabyana. These were the best written scenes she’s received since the graveyard. Hope everyone had a chance to read the article she wrote for Deadline. It’s heavy, but I appreciate her openness about dealing with racism…There was an update about the release of Empire Waist as well (September). Let’s show our support for her work outside of the show ❤.

Hi Alicia: I don't think sooo. They have been dropping anvils about the Dove and the name of Spencer is being dropped alot lately. Their ratings have dropped for 18 weeks straight soooo I think they are just playing in our faces regarding the return of Spencer, to increase their ratings You know things are bad if Frank is going to go on tour with the GH stars. Trina is scheduled to be on that tour. Just my thoughts

Am I the only one that still wants to see Trina maintain her relationship with Taggert? I mean he did raise her and when they found out Curtis was the bio, they just threw Taggert away like some chewed up bubble gum. I don't like that
@@chitlinjuice You are soooo right. The actor Real Andrews who has played the character of Taggart has not been scene on the GH canvas going on for almost a year. They can replace him, they have done it several times before. But no, he is just another person that is apart of the dismantling of the Ashford/Robinson Family.
