The most efficient is Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material is more thermally conductive than the best pastes. And gummy thermal paste Upsiren UX Pro Ultra, Laird 607 or K5 Pro on the vrams and power section because have much better thermal conductivity than most thermopads.
@@PrimeTechSupport I currently have a z690 prime with a rtx 3090ti hybrid cooled and a i913k cooled by the z73 nzxt led Screen cooler in a 4000D cooler. If I switch the case to the 5000x I’ll likely switch the mother board to a strix motherboard a z790.. if I make the switch and get it all built I’ll hit you up with a picture !
