Gosh it really makes you think how grateful it is to have arms, forearms, wrist, hands and fingers, i really wish to see the day bionic arms would surpass biological arms.
I have been an upper limb amputee for 47 years now. I have a body powered hook prothesis. I asked my insurance company to help me get a myo-electric like these here. I was turned down. I am in awe at what these myo-electrics can do. Maybe one day before I die. 😢
My nephew has recently become a quadruple amputee taking most of his forearms and hands and his feet completely removing them. I am desperate to find a way to help him. I need to find a way to give him hands against somehow please I beg tell me how I will do my nephew had this tragedy Begin by a flea bite which gave him typhus which the treatment of the disease ailment often causes the loss of appendages and doctors main goal is to keep patient alive no matter what and no matter how much they may suffer later and I am glad my nephew's alive however I feel he deserves to have hands imagine waking up in the hospital when you felt sick and went in and someone has to tell you that they had to take your forearms hands your feet and they will certainly need to take more in the coming months as and then infection can continue. whatever it takes if there's any possibility. And so as promised they took more and they took some more and more and now he has to have the most awful feeling of being completely incapable of taking care of himself. Please please tell me what I can do for you how I can help what I can try to collect for money to give anything he deserves to have two hands I think that that would be somewhat of a okay compromise to not have feet but be able to have some sort of hands. Please if you examine your commentary contact me you can contact me through RU-vid else certainly respond immediately. You know it's devastating enough to lose a limb or a hand or a foot but to lose all of them-❤
Bravo dude! Your attitude is quite impressive and proud of you. I'm a Vietnam vet and got to see lots of injuries and have some idea as to the barriers you have overcome. Best of luck!
I want to thank you for being there so to help others make things better and not feel hopeless. I'm going to have to start sending info and links and he the one to piss him off first, but no one else is willing to try...My 32 year old nephew had a quadruple amputation and I have been trying to work with anybody to develop hands that continue improving. I would like for him to try to look at some options, others, like you have and hopefully just get better. You're awesome! Doing emotioal research can be so confusing and exhausting and frustrating, humiliating...lol❤
