I think a fit NES controller is necessary，when I tap，I often try to give the dpad a little pressure，then tremble my bicep

Also it needs practice.At first I could only tap less than 12hz，gradually I tap faster.But I can‘t keep above 15hz as others，so the first few taps I try my best to tremble my hand in order to get above15hz then it slows down
