Hi just recently got this one and grinder works great . Water works but it seems to constantly over fill the filter making a big mess with the coffee. Even with only 8 cups. Dont know why it keeps overflowing and get coffee grounds in the carafe

Mine will not stop self cleaning. Keeps dumping water into the bottom compartment over and over and over. I’ve draining and filled and unplugged and repeated this process 4 times now. What is wrong with this machine?

Mine won’t stop dumping water in the lower tank. I’ve filled this tank four times and it keeps draining it into the lower tank. I’m about to toss this pos down the street it’s got me so frustrated. For how expensive this thing is, works like shit in my opinion.

@@gevihome this machine is brand new, just got it. I’m not sure how else to describe it. We turned it on and followed instructions. It keeps dumping water into the lower compartment and won’t make ice. Hit the start button and the water starts flowing. Then we’ll get the little water drop icon to light up because the lower tank is full. Empty that and start over and it keeps doing it.

We purchased a $400 machine from Gevi November / December 2022. October 2023 that machine stopped working. We received a replacement Nov 2023. The replacement lasted all of 9 months!!! 2 $400 machines in under 2 years!!! GEVI PRODUCTS ARE TRASH. Yes, we are furious. Don’t waste your money!!!
