@@bartselectric okay nice couldnt find anything at all about where they were located online so thank you. Also my guess is apprentices in the program do not get benefits until they complete the schooling? Is the pay sufficient enough for someone to afford 3rd party benefits ?

Great question. The 4-5 week in-house training is pre-apprenticeship. The full apprenticeship starts when a Red Hat is assigned a mentor and then goes to a real-world jobsite. As with most electrical apprenticeships, ours is a four-year program but can be done in as few as two years if you decide to be part of our Fast Track curriculum.
