📌 All these celebratory events that being "Holidays" is NOT of God. Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter, and even Christmas is not of God. Nowhere is it written that God ordained these things. Thanksgiving should be every day that we wake up and lift open our eyes. To be able to wake up in our right minds. To be able to open our mouths to eat the food that God provideth for us, under the roof that He, Himself shelter us. Mark 7:8-9 " They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules. You have let go of the commandments of God and are holding on to human traditions. And he continued. you have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your OWN tradition. People tend to "traditionally" think that God only had 10 commandments, but they are utterly incorrect. Those commandments that aren't popularized by the mainstream , pop-culture; and "mega churches" are done for specific reasons; and that reason is because they will bring more people to God. Be careful not to open doors for the underworld to enter and interrupt your home, mind; and life. Holidays are invitations to Satan sent by the unawares of people. Below are biblical scriptures to back up what God said for us. Ephesians 5:11 "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." 1 Corinthians 10:21 "Ye can not drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils; and ye can not be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of the devils." Deuteronomy 18:9 " When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations." 2 Corinthians 6:14 "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?" Ephesians 4:27 " Neither give place to the devil." Leviticus 19:31 " Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards to be defiled by them: I am The Lord your God." Allow the devil to "trick" you and he'll "treat" you accordingly to his deeds. God was getting your attention in order to teach you and bring you closer to Him. You can't walk with God and the world. You're striving to be new in spirit and mind. 2 Corinthians 5:17 " Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature: old things are passed away; BEHOLD, all things are become NEW." 🙏🏽✌🏽
Halloween is associated with: Skulls, Ouija boards, magic, spells, witches and wizards, satanic spirits sorcerers, potions, ghosts and demons. God clearly explains why we shouldn't associate with these pagan festivals. Halloween is of the devil; and not ordained by God. The traditions of man is out there in world; and what TRUE Christians believe is in the Bible. Halloween was designed to celebrate darkness and particularly witchcraft. Remove Halloween and uphold Holiness. The scriptures teach us that there's supposed to be a separation from the "world" and the church. We can't serve to masters, saith the Lord.
Hi, Vanessa! I'm glad that you and your family are all safe; and YES that's a blessing and a lesson from God, per your testimony. I'd like to share with you something that's scripturally imperative to being a "true" follower of Christ. I share with you these things for your understanding and overall growth in True Christianity, because I see that you're truly trying to live right and reserve a seat before the face of the Lamb. Holidays are not biblical, especially Halloween. Jesus Christ said for us to "come out from among them." My commentary with biblical instructions from the Lord is in the next comment.

Thank you for sharing. You are a lovely lady. Good idea to get organized and plan. I love birds too. We had to have a large tree removed so lots of birds are gone. But I can count my blessings that we had them and their sweet songs for so many years! Thank you!
To clarify. The shooter was not aiming at my brother’s house specifically. That was the general direction the shooter was aiming towards, 1 block away.

It’s heartbreaking to know how much distance some parents have away from their children. Time and space and attitude distance. Lovely to hear that you’re so close to your son that he is open with you. What a gift. I agree with you, some kids don’t get enough structure, attention, time, love from their parents.

Sorry to hear that you hit the garage door. Yikes. Sounds like a productive day though! I just bought a Shark vacuum a few months ago and I’m amazed at the suction! We have mostly tile but need it for area rugs and corners etc. Somehow I’ve limped along with battery operated vacuums for a while but found them severely lacking. Be blessed!
