Broke my handle today. It's flimsy and badly designed. The t-shaped hook on the end of the sword gets stuck on everything and you have to fight it through the hedge. The handle also extends below the sword so it digs in to the hedge and makes it difficult to glide the trimmer while cutting.
I thought the point of a power washer is high pressure (1000 - 2000psi and higher). IMHO this doesn't look like high pressure at all, kind of pathetic actually. There are cordless handheld HIGH pressure washers available from many manufacturers. When is Ryobi going to come out with a real handheld 18V HIGH pressure washer?
Can’t recommend this one. Mine came apart and fell apart with less than 1 1/2 hours on the clock. Disappointed Ryobi user. I was trimming small branches.

If you wonder why people dont take your brand seriously, a review of someone with the harness on backwards showing that they absolutely dont know how a brush cutter is supposed to be handled is a pretty effective way of making sure 😅
I just changed my R18IDBL-0 under warranty and they gave me the new model which has less Torque 270 down to 240 Nm and it does not have the 4 mode settings which was very handy (new model RID18C),Also the motor housing is now plastic and not metal, and the collar to pull back for the bits to release is very close to the end making it hard to grip....... going backwards ryobi........
