Helpful review, thanks. Full focus is on the food - in detail. Not into bullshit graphics and yelling. Really appreciate being able to see the food and hear the details. I *always* stay at only top hotels in Vegas be it Wynn Towers or Four Seasons. BUT I'm sick of being charged so much for food -- and honestly- it isn't ANY better than going to Outback or Denny's. Next time I'm going to stay in Eliis Island JUST because of good food at reasonable price.
Their double cut king size prime rib is HUGE. It's like a TV food challenge. Great meat. Great price. Everything is good at Ellis Island. Their Effervice beer is amazing.
You're having Pastelon Which is a ripe Plantain filled with chop meat / cheese. Arroz con gandules and roast pork. Next time ask for Piqué hot sauce Not Salsa for your food. Did you find the rice similar to Jolaf rice?
I was in that restaurant just two days ago and ordered the king cut. The server brought it out, it was smaller than a little ribeye steak for $21.. seven bites and ut was done.I could have stayed close to home and gotten a bigger one for half the price.
@13:35. You ate the casing. Bahahahahahaha!!! You are not supposed to eat the casing of boudin. Goof ball...lol. But don't worry...it won't hurt you. Some people actually do eat the casing...but most do not. It is actual pig intestine liner. But that is funny to me...that no one told you not to eat the casing...lol. You are supposed to "squeeze" the rice out of the casing, and eat just the inside. Lol. If you do eat the casing...most people will grill it, so it is a bit crispy. But no...Don't eat the casing. Bahahahahahahaha...
You don't need a mask to walk thru a parking lot. Great food (and cheap too) at Ellis Island. I always go there. They're award winning ribs and prime rib are the best.
I've been to Ellis Island and that prime rib you had is boss! My only complaint about Ellis Island is that it can be quite a long wait to get a table most of the time since the word has gotten out how great their food is!

It was very loud though, couldnt quite hear you but that crackling was super clear!😍 Sad that it was over seasoned. How much did a plate cost? Can you choose what you want or is it what they give you? Sorry, couldnt watch to end, too loud but you did really well.👍

I'm Brazilian, what I like most about Brazilian barbecue is simplicity. Most of the meat you ate is seasoned only with salt or salt and garlic and the pork is only lemon and salt
1st off that is Prime Rib dinner, not steak! You had steak for breakfast, totally different cut of meat and preparation. We have eaten at Ellis Island on each visit to Vegas, the food is a great value. You have to have a players card to get the special price meals, but they don't or didn't require any play on the card. Is the steak and prime rib on par with a top end steak house like Oscar's, no but very good value then alot of other coffe Cafe restaurants in town.
I had the same dinner 2 weeks ago...."Damn Good"...I could only eat half of the steak....I took the other half back home with me for my dogs and I ended up eating most of it...LOL....
