Some unsolicated advice from the internet, a typical house shot is ~45feet, and the rule of 31 says your breakpoint should be around 14board or 3 arrow when your ball gets to 45ft, if u get it to 14th board too quickly it will over hook and not fast enough it wont hook. Think of the oil on a house shot to look like a christmas tree, if u fall off the tree too soon itll over hook, not hook, or gutter, You see the 4 dark boards towards the end of the lane, u wanna aim for the front right one

we did not get a chance to do an apartment tour. yes it is a good community. staff is great, security is great too (in my opinion), and lots of parking.
