But Bishop the problem isn't or wasn't the teenager or I married couple having babies and not having the capacity to raise who they birth in this world , the problem is "their" parents. The parents who raised the teenager which are the mid 60s babies and the 70s babies, the children of the "baby boomers" my generation and yours, we(collectively) rebelled against the tough and rigorous upbringing of our parents and for some reason decided to do the opposite of what our parents
Taught us to do. Every institution is and has went away from what was good in producing productive people in our society. The Church, Education, Government, Marriage, etc, have for some reason decided that "FOUNDATION" has already been established and we need to move to "another level" or enhance ourselves, or be greater. But what we didn't do in the process of trying to be greater is teach our children foundation and so a sense of entitlement and our children living off our success has create,
