Great video..I was reading alot, had forgotten how much I used to love reading and then overdid it and my eye Dr ordered me to stop awhile..my eyes were so dry, sore and tired from reading hours a day, I miss it so.
I had to wake up at 5am for quite a few years at my last job, it never got easier lmao but it definitely helps you be more productive on your days off when your body clock wakes you up at dawn
