Hi love this episode thanks for sharing! I also have always been called the most sensitive my mom always called me her little tea cup. I have been seeing a crazy bright light when I close my eyes. So bright I think there is a light outside I throw off my eye mask and realize that’s inside me. Woah!! Recently I saw a light being it was gold and I wish I could communicate with them. I guess I’m wondering - why can’t I hear them? I can see so much around me but can’t hear 👂

I am really glad that you are back! I am a long-time vegan who ended up getting stuck in the pleasure trap and got sick despite being an ethical vegan. I ended up not being vegan for 6 months because of really terrible disordered eating which helped a bit as I gave up most processed foods and gluten at that point. Then I found True North, Dr. McDougall, and the other whole food plant based doctors who do not promote oils at all! I got back on the train I switched to plant-based, then gave up oil, then gave up sugars, then gave up salt (finally, that one is the hardest), and had to give up flours cos they didn't agree with me. I'm really glad to see another young person embracing that lifestyle and thank you for opening up, it's so inspiring!!! We have similar stories... I was afraid even to admit that I wasn't vegan for a year of the 14 years I had done it, health is wealth! <3
All I can say is no Vegan is perfect, not even me as a Budding Vegan. I'm happy to see stories such as this because I helps me see that I'm not alone in this situation. My cravings for lemon curd and fudge are difficult to curb of, to be honest. Lemon curd should be easier because I've found a Vegan alternative. Also, Veganism isn't easy to 'just start' and stick to; it takes time. I love a wide range of Vegan foods and products for body care. Jordan, I want to say thanks for sharing your experience; it's helping me see that no-one, not even a Vegan, is perfect. You're amazing!
I noticed you mentioned your healing liver, I’ve been eating SS diet this last week and a bit. Reading about healing my liver there’s stuff saying stay away from high starches, I’ve gotten bad skin from liver failure and trying to heal it more. Numbers are good but I’ve decided to eat better, pretty much to Vegetarian well actually vegan now over night. How’s your liver healing?
Thank you sooo much for sharing! I used to eat raw and plant based and I felt amazing, but due to health problems that I didn't understand, I stopped and am just diving back into a plant based lifestyle and sooo appreciate this video so much!!!
Good luck! My understanding is that a plant based diet heals so much in the body. I recently started, and I'm having both physical and emotional detox. Something is immediately there. All my research says vegan to me. It is a path of self love as opposed to portions and calories being a symbol for cutting away at myself.

Welcome back! I'm old enough in the vegan community to remember when you leave it and all the hate that you recive :( I can emphatize with that and I'm so happy to see that you came back; I think that everyone has his journey with veganism, I went vegetarian when I was 15, try many tijmes to become vegan and struggle with that so many times, 8-7 years ago I was so tired and felt so deprived that I came back to a "standard" diet and I took me 1 1/2 year to realize that I was cheating on myself and to remember why I become vegetarian the first time (always for the animal and the planet) and to try again : that was the right time, I'm now vegan since 2015 and it's the first time that I don't feel deprived at all and I'm happy and I know that this time is forever!! I never had a lot of vegan friend and never was an active member of the vegan community, but I remember how I felt when I was at the start of my last attempt to came back vegan again and I friend of mine (the "kind" of vegan on the extreme spectrum) told me that since I gave up one time I would have done it again...and it never happen! I had a complicated relationship with veganism, I wasn't informed enough and I wasn't ready when I first try, but now I know that it doesn't mean that I'm doomed to fail forever! ...and that's my story ;) Sorry for my English, it is not my native language, but I hope my message was clear! Keep strong and motivated and if someone has problems remember that it's his business, not yours! <3

Thanks for sharing! You mentioned you are taking a natural thyroid medicine? What is it? I have Hashimatos Disease/ Thyroid disease for 4 years now and I too am trying to heal... It's been such a hard journey. I didn't Know you were also struggling with thyroid issues! Happy healing to you ❣️

@@TheBalancedBlonde thanks! I haven't heard of that one...also have been to so many doctors and no help... They just tell me my blood work is fine and sends me on my way....when I know it's deeper. Are you still on prescription medication? My goal is to be off meds one day!!
@@shawnahall580 Yes I am off of all prescription meds except for the natur-throid (which is still prescription). I have the same goal as you! We will get there!!!

I also have had lyme. Found out 12 years after the bite. I used to be tired alll the time. Just like you, I used to literally not want to get out of bed in the morning from depression and fatigue. Finally went carnivore, now no more brain fog, fatigue, joint pain. Dude i am literally a new person, i have a new life and it’s incredible. Was so worth it. Keep searching and you’ll find your solution!! You don’t have to live with all of those symptoms, you can heal! <3
