actually it was a decent landing, i think the wind caused the plane to roll and hit the landing gear on your side hard then the nose then the left ldg gear i'd say -400 fpm
@@kongyy6294 also the "screams" were because of the g's the aircraft was pulling in that landing, ya know, the roll? Caught them off guard, if the g's were at 1, nobody will suspect a thing.
Nice go around but that definitely wasn't due to an aircraft on the runway. The go around would have been made much earlier for that reason. The height over the runway is a more realistic explanation as you were still a decent way up after passing the windsock which is pretty much abeam the main touchdown markers
It also looks like it may of been windshear as the flaps were not retracted until much later after the go around suggesting the pilots were flying a windshear escape
I’ll be honest the flight was so long ago I had forgotten the cause of the go around and from you video you can see that I didn’t manage to get the full reason from the captain on video. I did previously have a go around due to an aircraft on the runway and thought it was this one. Thank you for your comment and insight, it is greatly appreciated!
@@aviation_irl I've landed on Runway 09 at LPL a decent amount of times as a pilot & passenger and that just didn't look right on the first one height wise!
@@AviationUpclose landed here today on the same runway, landed on it a good few times, we landed slightly late and we’re heavy on the breaks, plane was 100% to high on that first approach
Thanks for your comment! Yes during parts of the taxi the video speed was at about 1.5X, during some phases of flight the speed was around 2X. Everything else was 1X.
I flew with Ryanair regularly over a 7 year period. I just don't get the flak they get, coz they were amazing every time. Strange behaviour from some people.
@@Peter-sn3bq Yeah, I get that mate. I'm on about the ones that have a nasty attitude towards them. A laugh is one thing, but some of it is just uncalled for. They do an amazing job, well, the sober ones do anyway 😂
@@aviation_irl ah that's good , because I was wondering whether the new slimline seats change the windows alignment, cause 21 in the old cabin is good but I havent had it on the new seats
Omg I just searched it up to see if that's possible. An Atlas Air at diblin. Especially at Dublin. And idk how but I saw your video. Its lidgeretly the most rarest plane ever
