bhai aap toh chawal ho 😊 , that 26 is for noninverter AC , it's because it will use least tripping and restarting compressor from thermostat, more amperes are used when starting compressor so if it's in 28 or 30 it will trip more , as you lower temp , thermostat will trip lesser , on inverter ac if u keep it on 30 even , it will save money but not on simple ac . ... i use in 16 , non inverter ac for 30min then turn it off , it woll keep cool for hour , it saves money , if i place it at 27 , it wil trip atleast 5 times that would add ampere .
When the washer has lost it's elasticity it should be changed and NOT fixed with any chemical BECAUSE this is very easy to change the washer. Never fix it with a chemical.

Assalamualaikum Bilal Sb. I want to know that in my plot of 45 x 88 with a covered area of 65 x 36 The Base has been engaged from 3 feet down of the ground level while pouring Bajar and brought up to 4 feet above the ground level and then plinth beam has covered the entire area. After Plinth beam we have brought up the walls around 4 feet and filled with soil. Now after viewing your videos I'm convinced that I should construct the house on RCC Columns instead of doing Brick work first. Can you please guide if it's possible at this stage to go for RCC Columns instead of doing Brick work and after completion of columns we can go ahead for Roof and then Brick work. Please guide.
