The house is basically beautifully rendered. Most of the furniture, which I pray to god doesn’t convey with the purchase, is hideous beyond belief. (Dubai seems to be the global epicenter, after Moscow of course, for the ugly and vulgar.) I really couldn’t get a sense of how private the backyard may be, but that pool! That backyard, if privately situated, is a solid “ten.” You will do well with this listing.
