We are a Danish based IT company that develops IT solutions with a focus on automation. This allows our customers to spend time on tasks that provide value to them and their customers instead of using precious time on tedious processes. On our channel we have videos of us showing of our awesome solutions and some walkthroughs of software and how you can most effectively make use of our software and some cool tips and tricks.
If you use this can you create a flow in servicenow to create user accounts with custom fields? The standard integration hub version has limited variables to fill
Very useful demo - thanks. We are a CSP with multiple customers supported using Azure Lighthouse for access. Can we use Automize in this scenario, to automate tasks across many customer environments?
Yes you can, we already using the automation app for that exact purpose internally, as we speak. Hello Thanks for the detailed video we need Server details to load into CMDB from Azure. Can I use this set up to get the server details to load into CMDB?
I would like know if we create a catalog item in service now, where it receive the inputs from end users as request submitted in service now for adding a user into a group in azure and then later user should be added into that particular group automatically in azure, is it possible.
Yes, this is possible. With the Automation App we bundle templates for managing both Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory. These includes managing users as well as groups and group memberships. To have a catalog item starting of an automation process is a common a approach and gives you a clean and easy way of capturing user input.
