Hi,
I am Padmini Lal. I am a home-maker. I am very passionate about cooking and my expertise lies in traditional Kerala cuisine. I hail from a place called North Paravur in Kerala. Since my father was an Ayurvedic Vaidhya, I was fortunate enough to learn the medicinal value of different food and ingredients and some of the best practices in cooking. The intent of starting this channel was to share my knowledge in cooking and a few of our family secret recipes. I maintain a very eco-friendly kitchen and stay away from plastics containers, microwave, aluminum utensils, and non-stick pans.
