No problem if doorbell and phone connect to the same wifi network. But when i m away from home, my phone switched to 4G network and i cannot get any notification or video streaming if someone pressed the doorbell at my home. The product feature said i can receive and see who is pressing the doorbell if i m not at home. No sense if it just can connect using the same wifi network at home, so what is the difference using just normal doorbell at home? I bought this wifi doorbell because the feature say i can still receive notifications and video streaming if i m not at home as long as my phone have Internet data /3g/4g network. Did i miss any configuration here? I m using Xiaomi Note 2 in Malaysia
Hi..There is no problem if the door bell and my phone is connected in the same wifi network. But when my phone switched to 4G network when i m away from home, i don't get any notification when someone pressed the doorbell. It is stated in the product feature that i can receive notification and video stream if i am away from home and see who is pressing the doorbell. Am i missing any configuration here?
