I am an aviation channel and I mostly play DCS and Warthunder. My content consists of flying videos, tutorials more. I post video every 5-10 days!
Thanks to all for making this a dream and thanks to all the people who watch my videos!📼📽️
✈️I am going to tell you all who are reading that I am in love with creaing conent and I love aviation. If you'd like to talk with me or be part of my community then join my discord server👇
Great starting point, it looks good, lots of potential. If you're interested in criticism, I have a few key points that I would say would help take this to another level. - Colour Grading If you were to add some subtle colour grading, it would make more of your scenes "POP" more. Adding another level of dramatism to your Cinematic. -Storytelling A key pointer, it to think about telling a story through Cinematics, engage the viewer by starting with a intro + goal for your character (e.g the plane/pilot and their mission) Build some tension, either using the song choice, or cinematic choosing, and most importantly , experiment. Bring the story to a climax as the character succeeds/fails his mission, or climactically the most dramatic part of his flight and then relief, bring it home, safe and sound, or the opposite, he fails his mission, and let the emotions build via storytelling. -Camera Position Interpretation Also can use text for this in some scenarios, bit imagine your individual camera angles and the interpretation that it can give the viewer, for example, a far out camera angle, from above, makes the world feel large and the plane feel small, this would be good for if the character had a lot to take on , e.g the pilots is feeling completely alone and vulnerable whilst flying through the sky. Use different camera angles to invoke different emotions, experiment in your own ways to feel what different camera shots bring out different emotions. in the end, its all about how your shot, choice of music, choice of camera angle, distance, high or low, flying left to right or right to left, down or up, changes the emotions felt by the viewer. I love the experimentation done in this cinematic and I wouldn't leave such criticism without request unless i knew that you have strong potential to make something incredible. Thanks for listening to the ramble tho -sock
Now I'm no ace pilot, but I'd say I am decently skilled in War Thunder, one thing you should keep in mind is that American planes need to have altitude to be competetive. Be more patient, don't go for the first guy you see and you should work your way top to bottom. Especially the Mustangs. People often say that you can't dogfight in a Mustang, and that is total bullshit. Above 450 km/h you outmaneuver most planes (You don't outturn Spitfires, Zeroes and Ki-43's/44's but you usually outroll them), however you need altitude to maintain those speeds as you will need to fight downwards. 109's are the opposite, very good climb rate, very good low speed acceleration and very good nose authority even while stalling, so you should fight upwards in order to drain your enemy's speed and stall them out (Again, doesn't work well against super turny planes, but you outrun those). So just keep your altitude for longer, and choose who you engage very carefully. Hope this maybe helps
Assuming you have a Hotas or some kind of joystick, we can try simulator battles. You as a DCS player likely also are more clear with concepts such as energy retention, deflection shooting and engine control. Which sim controls do have a “manual engine control” where most engine controls are not automatic, such as the supercharger
Hey man that was really well done. I loved the text that you added that perfectly describes when it comes to War Thunder there is no such thing as fun. One thing that I would recommend for adding another layer of cinematic flare to your videos is the cinematic bars on the top and bottom of the screen. Those go a long way for just a little adjustment. Hope you make part two on this video. I would love to see it!
My brother, I assume you are familiar with side slip since you play DCS. You can use that to your advantage in warthunder. Most players do no know how to deal with someone who masters side slipping. Also manage your energy. Only veteran players can truly energy fight. Q and E are keybinds for rudder. They will help you so much. Cheers!!!
You can’t really sideslip in air rb…sim I guess it’s possible if war thunders physics weren’t so overstimulated to be more “realistic” which it isn’t, a spitfire should never handle like how it is in wt due to the C/G. Sure it is near the front, doesn’t mean it flies like a ufo
honestly for a first cinematic its great. But the music i don't think it fits. I mean if you want to use " don't stop me now" you can do a death compilation. Since there is no such thing as fun in war thunder (jk). But again as a 1st cinematic its nice
@@InsertCallsign idk if you have discord but most animations are made in custom battles with other people. If you plan out a cinematics its way way easier to get in touch with people. + you cn make friends with others that way
@@InsertCallsign btw video idea. What if you make a montage where you die or as you play. And put "hard knock life" if i remember thats the name of the song. I think it would be funny and entartaining
