I am a hardcore Whovian. I do piano arrangements/soundtrack recreations for music from the new and old series and occasionally (very rarely) other Doctor Who related things like animation.
Why Not Do The fifteenth Doctor's Theme Of A Cover Of Doctor Who Like You did With Jodie Peter Capaldi Why not do Ncuti's theme of a cover of the fifteenth Doctor's Theme.
If that’s the real name of the track that just proves Disney killed dr who love your music tho but not the new show very badly written just my take on it
1) I’m almost 100% certain that’s not the official track name 2) even if it was, I think the composer chooses those 3) this is some “raagh, Disney controls the show!” nonsense generally and I don’t know why I’m giving it attention with the first two points
Because you care and Disney does control parts of the show there’s real probable evidence on paper the show is bad end of like Star Wars dr who is dead ☠️ because of non creative people who care only for their ideology
i mean that is literally what happens in the episode, would you prefer it was titled "a bunch of light-skinned aliens decline the help of the doctor, who happens to be black, but it's not racist, i promise"
"Babe, wake up. PaulAndroid's just dropped another hit score." All seriousness, this is yet again another fantastic recreation! The Doctor's theme during this scene was so good! The darker aspects of the theme helped to show the range in which the Doctor can go. From what is usually an upbeat theme for 15, turning into something somewhat sinister in nature. I think this score could also go really well for showing sides of the Doctor that isn't so pretty. Such as those Time Lord Victorious moments. Love that you've created your own little segment, which blended into the rest of the score beautifully. If it is in any way possible, UNIT's theme at the beginning of The Legend of Ruby Sunday and Sutekh's reveal theme would be SENSATIONAL to hear from you! 🤩
There's so much good music in The Legend of Ruby Sunday. I'm debating whether to just do like 4 separate videos of my favorite cues from it or just do a full-on suite. I'm leaning towards the latter. Same goes for Rogue since there's a lot of good music cues in that one that are all short-ish and would probably be better as a suite for organizational purposes.
Once again, another fantastic piece! You recreate them so beautifully and accurately. Who needs official releases when we have you? And considering Murray Gold either takes 10 years to release a soundtrack or not release at all, I'm glad we have you to keep up listening.
The amount of dedication and effort you put into each and every single one of your videos continue to surprise me! You don't just upload for the sake of the views. You genuinely put your heart and soul into these. From the music itself to the visuals of the video. Genuinely... bravo! I find myself always coming back to your page, either to replay some of your gorgeous soundtrack recreations or to see if there's any new content! Keep 'em coming!
Oh my, you went above and beyond with the visual compositions on this one! And such an inventive choice of tunes, lovingly rendered. You never do disappoint.
For companions that never got a defintive theme, I find your choices to be superb. The music that plays over Ian and Barbara's romp in "London 1965!" is so indicitive of their joy at returning to their own time and I will always associate it with that emotion. It perfectly represents the last time we see them together on screen. With Romana's, I toyed with recommending using the "City of Death" melody to represent her, but on second thoughts it better represents the time she spent with the Doctor, rather than her as a character, so the Warriors Gate music works best.
Glorious work Paul. Bravo and thank you for all the hard work you have put into this. A really enjoyable listen. Would love to hear you recreate more scores from 60s Who.
I've gotten requests in the past to do Marco Polo. I transcribed the sheet music over a decade ago when I wasn't as good at that kind of thing, but I dusted it off and cleaned it up a bit a little over a year ago. So, if I can find the time and discipline to finally see that through, your wish may come true. I was also thinking it would be cool to do the music from The Celestial Toymaker and time the release with the release of the animation, but it's getting a bit close to that deadline for me to just start working on it, especially considering I'll probably be covering music from the new season on this channel at that time anyways.
Yeah, I was going back and forth on whether the music should be chronological and contemporaneous with the period the character's most associated with, but the Murray track is the only piece of music that was literally made as a theme for him rather than a UNIT theme, and it transitioned nicely into the also orchestral Jo Grant track.
This is fantastic, Paul Android. Thanks so much! Your pieces for Sarah and Leela brought a tear to this old man’s eye. Possibly my favourite video of all time. Superb….
This is amazing and incredible, the music is making me feel so happy inside and I love it so much. You are the man Paul Android, also I was thinking maybe you could do The Doctors suite sometime 😊😊😊😊😊😊😺🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧😺😺😺😺😺
Thanks so much! The plan was to do a Doctors Suite, a Daleks Suite, and so on, but this took me 6 months to do, so I’m not sure I wanna take on another one of these so soon after, especially with Season 1 coming out, since I’ll probably cover bits of music from that, but maybe for future anniversaries, maybe I’ll even be up for it by the 61st, who knows?
Oh Paul. You’ve not only been highly pitch-accurate, but your synth sounds are gorgeously authentic. Brimming with admiration and envy here. Just FYI: I just saw this now, so I didn’t cheat with my own videos!! Hope to meet you someday!
This is amazing, really!😍 I would like to propose to you, can you make the song « It must be believed to be seen » of the london version Please🙏✨ sheet Music exist
