HCL HR sent me an welcome mail/Offer discussion mail that they mentioned:- ( this is only the first level clearance and does not confirm any offer letter) Does it mean they provide an offer letter or not? . Could you pls clarify if there is any possibility to get an offer letter from HCL?.Please suggest should i wait for HCL offer or look for other opportunities?
@@KeshabaSahu-up6us it’s all depends upon your client round(if they have conducted), if not then probably they will hire you directly for the bench pool, but still you should try for other opportunities so that you will have multiple things which will help at the later stage to finalize.
Good video, but what "Perks" you have mentioned they are not perks.. Providing health/term insurance, is not perk. Food coupon are part of Gross salary (not a perk) Reimbursement of internet bill is also part of Gross. In actual "Perks/ Benefits"are less number of working hours(around 7 to 8 hours, and not 9 hour working + break), Flexible WFH option, Gym benefits, 40+ holiday's, etc etc
@@harishdeshmukh5975 how do I know for which organization you are going for. Every organization have different rules. But a rule of thumb, if Paid+Casual + sick are less then 20, then don't join.
I have received job offer from HCL with 17lpa ctc fixed component is 14 lpa , 3 lpa increase from my current organisation Accenture. Shall I join HCL , please suggest
You missed one point those who joined HCL as a lateral joinee and remained in bench for 2 month are are asked to resign.... HCL is very bad in job security

Sir mujhe ek Product based company se bohot hi accha offer Mila hai but Maine unko bola ki mai 30 din mai join karunga , but ab meri old company mujhe buyout nhi de rhi , aur mujhe yeh offer khona nahi hai , kya new company mere liye aur 40 din extend kregi ?
ha, after 15 days you should ask for the extension, so that they have enough time to modify your DOJ and aap other companies me bhi interview dete rho, so that in worst case you will have other opportunities too.
