Too funny. The title says "What its like to daily drive a 1965 GT40" and the video starts on the throttle Whaaahh Whaaahh Whaaahh. All funny stuff aside. I have to give compliment where compliment is due. Vinny does a very good job with his videos. A nice break from all the same old automotive videos posted by everyone else everywhere. Kudo's.
This my first time seeing your channel or video. Your intro was inspiring to reach for your dreams. Plus something that you touched on about the license plates given to you from your mother. Your father is proud he’s sees your accomplishments. The spirit never dies. I’m sure being in the physical is most wanted. But your video really touched me. I’m sure he is overzealous for what you’ve done. Keep up the outstanding work.
Would have been nice to have the camera at least facing forward we can hear you still, it just depends on your expectations, and what you’ll mostly use it for to make a choice between the two, I kind of lean more toward the 350
I've never been a fan of the last gen GT500, but that's not to say it doesn't deserve to be. Its an incredible performer, especially on the track. It's incredibly fast! The GT350R is my halo car just to sit in the garage. Why? Because its just a matter of time before that engine destroys itself. It is the prettiest sounding exhaust in an American production car ever.
if you want a better clutch spring feel look into Steeda's clutch spring assist. I have it in my mach 1 handling pack and it makes a big difference. Plus it's completely reversible (even though you won't want to)
Nice review! I have an R in the Moorseville area. Not a huge modern Mustang fan to be honest, but the 350R drives like nothing else I have been in! Hit me up if you want to do a drive before you let yours go.
No doubt it's an incredible car! And you're right, it is perfectly engineered. I am so impressed by it I can't even begin to explain. And I wish I would have done a better job getting more excited about it in the video. I never thought in a million years Ford or Shelby could design a Mustang platform to do what this car does.

He's complaining that the voodoo motor doesn't have enough power while admitting he didn't downshift far enough to get the motor into its powerband properly, then comparing it to a big supercharged gt500 with automatic shifting dct...

Great video! I went from a 2020 Mustang GT to a 2017 GT350. The handling difference on twisty roads between the 2 cars is mind blowing. The voodoo motor is a blessing and a curse. I had to get my engine replaced recently, thankfully under warranty. I still love the car tho, the sound is amazing. I agree with the weird feel of the clutch pedal. I’ve gotten used to it but I’ve driven a few other manuals like the Civic Type and Camaro ZL1 and the 350 clutch pedal feels weird after driving those cars
