DLU Kemp is a rapper/hip-hop recording artist from Lepanto, Arkansas. A small town with a population of 2000. ‘Kemp’ as many called him would start music in the year 2015 before he dropped out of EPC High school and would pursue his dream in Memphis, Tennessee.
