while I truely believe this is a wonderful sight in real life, for showing it in a video I'd recommend different equipment. I have no Idea what you're filming on but maybe try and get a different lens (1.2, 1.4 something like that) for these night shots?

But Not always rainy, actually 1 or at most 2 hours heavy rain and becomes sunny! especially in evening time and not in morning! so you can enjoy HCM even in rainy season.
