Now that V2 is out (supposedly much improved), this and other colorways are on a stacked sale+discount at Joe's for ~ $50. I like this one's playful game-controller theme. That said, NB's Two WxY V4 are going for $80 now that V5 is out, and they're a definite upgrade over these (but are they worth 60% more than Hesi Low? Hmmmm).
@@davidparsons4314 I think the main difference between these is the shape. The Lebrons curve out at the toe and the JB2 curves in. Personally I would lean towards the JB2 because of the shape and I like the Carbon Fiber plate but not everyone likes that
@@hoopershoes ah man didn't think about the shape. Now looking at it the jb2 shape probably suits me more but I ordered the Queen Conch last night as I figured the jb2 will available still when Lebrons go out of stock
Nice review man! Do you think these made you jump higher? Looking for the best volleyball shoe. I’ll be watching for your KD17 review! Tossing up between these two.
Yes I think these are best for maximizing your jump. So far the KD 17 feels good and may be slightly more comfortable but I think these are more bouncy.
These are a million times better than the Kawhi 4. The Hesi low is pretty good for the sale price if you are not looking for any fancy tech. They are comfortable and should be durable.
i got the black with orange accent... played for 5 times already and I am soooo loving this shoe. my feet doesn't hurt after the game. great traction and awesome cushion. tried to switch the lace on the outer part and it feels so secure and the lockdown is great. plus the rubber smell is still strong after playing for 5 times already... i love that smell hahaha
I love these shoes! The biggest problem that a lot of Chinese brand face is that they don’t offer a size 13. They tend to forget that the American market and the international market as well as basketball players in general can be tall or bigger people resulting in them having bigger feet and needing bigger shoe sizes.
I didn’t get a pair yet but the NB sizing chart says that EUR 44 is a size 10. I’m a size 10 in Adidas shoes but in Nike I’m a 10.5…there’s no places locally where I can try on a pair. Just kinda wanna try a pair of this model. I’m currently using a bunch of Curry 11’s for hooping but I’m usually training in whatever.
I use these with ankle braces at true to size. perfect since the ankle area is a bit loose like you said. also impact protection is a lot better with move pro insoles.
The fresh foam cushioning is a lot more substantial and comfortable but the court feel is better on the Kawhi. Surprisingly the responsiveness feels pretty similar and the Kawhi has a carbon fiber shank
Doesn’t seem like it. Not sure why New Balance is not using Fresh Foam X on this shoe when it’s their best foam. The carbon fiber plate and “Kawhi” name make the price go up but I think most people will end up saying two wxy b4 and fresh foam bb v2 are better options overall
