My dad was an avid SCORE fan at the time. my first race was the Baja 1000 when I was 9 months old in 1976. If I'm not mistaken my dad would be here and possibly me.
Love this stuff but il never understand how u pull so much weight from a car to have the drive by 300plus lbs lol. Defeats the purpose of pulling weight from the car

Legendary race car. My Baja Bug has very similar rear suspension with laydown reduction boxes. Anyone know what diameter rear torsion bars were used on this car?
I was delighted to see this video. I have a Mahindra Thar Crde 4x4 based on CJ5 which resembles the Jeep in the video. I simply love the machine. There's a whole lot fun when you drive a CJ5.
