You sir are awesome. I love how you are teaching your children to cook. My mother taught me and I remember feeling so proud of myself for cooking breakfast without any help. (I was 8 and had a broken arm) I remember how very surprised she was. That independence is so valuable as they grow!. It will give them confidence to try and do things for themselves. Good for you!
