I don't believe we have that worked into the plan just yet, although I could see the benefits of that. It's not a bad idea, Im willing to bet leadership would be open to that.
I think IG stories are where it at. I think people scroll their stories for their followers and when they scroll the feed it’s usually suggested content
that's correct, we will pay out up to 100% of our revenue back to the agents. However, you do need to unlock the benefits of each tier, and most agents do not have all 5 tiers unlocked which is how REAL remains profitable.
I have never seen so many top agents leaving EXP do you know why? I heard from one top producer who just left with his huge team because EXP was telling him how to advertise and had to take down a lot of his marketing.
I do know alot of top eXp agents who have left to join REAL, I'd be happy to talk to you more about the reasons I have heard privately. Are you open to hopping on a video call to talk more?
$129 per deal transaction fee after you already paid $12,000 and $285 transaction fee until "elite" status. For a team doing 500+ deals a year that is crazy

haha your not wrong, that is a really good deal! lol I pay my editor $100 per video and they are usually 10-15 minutes long and pretty straight forward.
Also for people who are going back to school and don’t have time to be a full time agent! Or active duty military, OH MY GOD I would have 100000% done this while active duty

The biggest difference for me is at EXP we create residual income because we don't have production requirements to maintain them. At REAL if you stop producing you forfeit your down line income. Imagine being in your retirement years and being forced to continue to sell properties!
That's actually not true. As long as you are a producing agent for at least 3 years, you can step out of production and continue to receive revenue share indefinitely. Personally, I like that we are a company of producing agents!
That's exactly what I loved about the real company as well being apart of 2 transactions 100% for two different times in helping my parents and everyone involved.
I just passed my exams and have all the other steps done to become licensed, all I need is a sponsoring broker and e&o now to become licensed. Does REAL take newbies like me with no existing license yet until they sponsor me??
