Thanks! I was multi-tasking and forgot to turn down Kendrick's raps in the background. Check the full episode out on our channel - the background music is much quieter
Maybe you are failing to realize that Em's audience look more white than you want to accept. Him even giving MGK the time of day validated him for all the wrong reasons. He got paid as a result no matter the genre.
For sure, however Redman has a long time affiliation with Method Man of Wu Tang, and had some verses on Wu-Tang Forever that RZA cut. Redman is a Wu affiliate and has been there since Day 1
@@fromdajump I don’t know your age but u so wrong lol … Redman is from Def Squad with Erick Sermon , Keith Murrey , K Solo and was affililate with Dax Efx , EPMD … he starts to rock with Method at the how high « epoque » … but had already many bangers and classics…
Both things can be true. We respect your knowledge on Hip-Hop history, but we never said Redman was in Wu. We said that he was in a group with Method Man from Wu. Really a duo, but thanks for setting the record straight for our viewers.
@@fromdajump lol don’t rewrite hip hop history young man . The people around wu tang were people such as Killah army , Sunz of man , Gravediggaz , even Shyheim was closer . Method and Red is something else , link by their label def jam records actually at the release party of Kriss Kross second album .
But does that take away from the fact that it was corny and distasteful. I mean I just saw it as a move that showed his lack of respect for the culture. And now that he's holding that L it was a poor tactical move as well.
@@fromdajump I'm sorry to disagree but Dre made a 2pac hologram n nobody said that was disrespectful. Anyone can use AI and not get sued if it's not monetized. I'm not a fan of Drake but his diss songs were better structured and he addressed like 10 dudes at once. I think anyone called a pedo people automatically start to hate them without proof. Kendrick just spewed repetitive trash I think musically it's 3-1
How is a hologram which is just a visual representation the same as using and impersonating someone's voice. Also people did complain about the Pac hologram. At least Dre knew Pac while alive and was only paying homage. It's cool that you thought Drake won but your logic is lacking. Also just because AI is legal doesn't mean it's right to use it the way some people have been using it. Thanks for the support though because your comments help my channel.
@@fromdajump I'm glad I can help it's good to hear different perspectives. Some rocking with 2pac now and when he was alive they were beefing. It's disrespectful to use anyone after being dead but they've done whole albums of him and biggie everyone loved it or at least felt good to hear from them again.
@@fromdajump Also no YT video is addressing the fact that Rick and Ken went full on racist but I guess it's considered ok in or society when it's towards a white boy? 🤔
The reason she is so popular is she is banking on your outrage. People see her clicked send it to all their friends and then they all wanna watch it because it has a celebrity in it. Honestly, it’s kind of genius and she probably knew she was going to get a lot of hate but you being outraged and clicking on her video is exactly why is she still in business. She’s basically Kim K of the interviewing world.
That Tupac-RANT-made Pac look-JEALOUS-and-petty,his whole rant was pretty silly if you watch the entire video.Pac mocked Hammer's selling all those albums like he was selling anything at all.Plenty of hating going on by Pac. I respect Redman's honest tell of his encounter with Hammer,he kept it real. Thanks for this retro-review of McHammer.
Thanks for watching and that was our goal just to get the facts out there. I agree that Pac was showing a lack of maturity, and he had his fair share of music that was only made to monetize the culture, so he was far from innocent.
It’s crazy you gotta have your own house shot up to make people look the other way….or maybe one of the neighbors found out there daughter and just been goin next door to play board games and use the pool …who know but I’m sure we gonna find out it will all probably be a lie but we will find out
I think him facing that type of problem in his own city shows he got too much going on and needs to get his affairs in order before he thinks about rap for a while.
Drake lost me with the black face & talking tough I loved when he was doing the melodies til I heard the pdfile stuff. But family matters was his best song outta this beef(from p drizzy), but kill shot kenny really went 5-0, now p drizzy acting like a Karen & waived the 🏳️🦉🏳️ & got his security hit, I think he found the mole🤫
I don’t think you understand Drake is a don of his crew believe what u want but Drake has put bags on peoples heads he has the money and resources. The OGs in his crew are Reps up. Chubs the leader of reps up Baka Gucci preme are all real street n*ggas reps up has over 50 members bruh Drake is the don chubbs is the cap. If you from the city u would know this yeah Drake ain’t doing it but chubbs get the orders from Drake. XO vs OVO/Reps up been beefing for a min now.. The Weeknd is the same he the Don of XO cash and Taylor is under him. U need to do research on the crews it’s real street guys behind The Weeknd and Drake
i find it odd that the title queen of rap title is interchange-able but somehow when we ask who the king of pop is we know its Micheal jackson, when we ask who the queen of pop we know its Madonna, when we ask who the king of rock is we know its Elvis. also shes on a world tour and had been selling out, i dont think shes ((canceled)) but alot of your takes has a ALOOOOT missing aspect or nuance and turned to this black and white subject ((nicki evil, female rappers good)) mind you... has the crown moved off of micheal jackson despite all the allegation??? did the crown move off elvis when he dated 14 year old priscilla?????
Your position is valid, and we aren't saying that Nikki has fallen off by any means. Some may say similar to an Elvis or MJ, with her accomplishments making her too big to fail. Thanks for your comment.
Bull S. Im from S.A just wanted to say 2pac is better than biggie ,biggie is big in Brooklyn, 2pac is big in the whole world for me pac is bigger than Nelson Mandela..that 2 boys weet nie waar van hulle praat nie. 199 years for now people are going to talk about 2pac..
Tupac means more culturally to black people like me that was a teenager in the 90’s but if we’re talking about pure lyricism Biggie wins and I could name a bunch of rappers that are better technical rappers with sicker flows than Tupac , but Tupac more than any other rapper reached people on an emotional or cultural level, that’s why Tupac is the only rapper that has entire RU-vid channels like Art of Dialogue or Bomb 💣 1st made just to talk about issues revolving around Tupac and all of them are very successful despite Tupac being gone all these years later, Tupac for whatever reason means more to people than any other rapper that has ever lived
We cover this in our Tupac video. He had so many dimensions. Biggie had a singular point in time. One could argue that he is only as relevant as he is because his timeline intersected wit Pac.
I guess when I think of old Em songs like "If I Had a Million Dollars" or "Rock Bottom" come to mind. Those definitely aren't mindless pop rap records.
All Natural has to up there. I know when I listen to them they use a lot of people from the past and if you are not aware of the names used the ra can go over most people's head. That's not vocab but they're good for that also.
I listen to a wide variety of music. MGK had to change genres after Eminem's diss. If it wasn't for Eminem and RU-vid reactors like KNOX HILL I wouldn't know who MGK was, or the fact that MGK stood for 'machine gun Kelly' #KnoxHill ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AQ2yI0qiHOU.htmlsi=Lz8ovn0xF72nPuJH
Yea but unfortunately it was still free publicity for MGK. That's why Em doesn't usually respond to lesser artists. He definitely made short work of MGK with Killshot.
@@fromdajump that’s the thing he has so many classic hits at this point with such a wide range of artist that are now considered legends of the game for example Drake,Beyoncé, jay z, Wayne, Justin Timberlake, missy, and Michael Jackson too name a few so to me even though he doesn’t have a recent project that doesn’t mean anything, he’s already solidified himself as one of the greatest producers in the hip hop/r&b genre…he’s icon and a legend and shouldn’t be compared to a producer who’s still working on his legacy
@@fromdajump no, he is too basic and overrated...I like some songs that he produced but that beats are not special....there are bunch of RU-vid producers that are more interesting then him
