Thank you, very informative video! I have a bmw with rebuilt injectors that keeps blowing the plastic non return valve on the return pipe. The report shows that the injectors are in good condition. What can be the problem?
I am very sorry but we cannot advise in this case. We specialize in the production of spare parts for injectors, and we have some experience of injector repairing ourselves, but we never work with engines as a whole thereofre we do not know what may be causing your issue.

no, the test bench results are the only thing that matters in this injector, we test them, and adjust the calibration shims as needed based on the test bench results.
Hola tengo 30 inyectores de este modelo en muy buenas condiciones y poco uso estoy en argentina espero que alguien los necesite los vendo a buen precio gracias y disculpa
Shouldn't he have PPE on? Gloves etc? (I used to work for a PPE and tool supplier. For our Quality Control department, we had a small table and a ruler)
Good point, but the oil you see in the videos is not diesel fuel. By law, in Italy we cannot use real fuel in the test benches, and it is instead replaced by special test fluids, which are safe to handle. That said, we welcome the suggestion to use gloves in future videos so that we do not risk inducing misuinderstandings in viewers who operate under different conditions.
at the time we published the video, it was not possible for us to do the coding on Denso injectors. It is now possible, on certain injector part numbers, but the coding is something extra on top of a correct remanufactruing and calibration, the repairing process shown in the video remains valid.
Gracias
we do not supply calibration data. Each njector part number has its own calibration, plus testing conditions and equipment can influence the data as well. You should get one brand new sample, measure it on your own equipment and testing conditions, and keep both the data and the original injector as a reference for the repair works you will make.
Because each injector has its own calibration, it would not be very relevant if we show you just one part number, and we cannot show all of them, plus testing conditions and equipment can influence the data as well. You should get one brand new sample, measure it on your own equipment and testing conditions, and keep both the data and the original injector as a reference for the repair works you will make.
We do not have them in our range at present, but if there is a good demand for the correspodning spare parts, you can always send nus a complete brand new sample which we will disassemble and study. If interested, please contact sales@redat.com
Hello and thank you for this video. The mentioned draining of the amplifier module, can that happen only when disassembling the injector or also while performing a classic return quantity test? As far as i know, these tests dont use any non return valves..?!
